On the occasion of India’s 77th Republic Day, Telangana Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar hoisted the national flag at the Assembly परिसर in Hyderabad. As part of the celebrations, he paid floral tributes to the statues of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Mahatma Gandhi, honoring their contributions to the nation. The ceremony reflected the spirit of unity, constitutional values, and democratic governance.

The event was attended by Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukhender Reddy, Deputy Chairman Banda Prakash Mudiraj, Members of the Legislative Assembly and Council, along with senior officials including Council Secretary Dr. V. Narasimha Charyulu and Assembly Secretary Rendla Tirupati. Addressing the gathering, Speaker Prasad Kumar extended heartfelt Republic Day greetings to citizens across the country.
